18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

1. Age and Identity Verification Notice

All models, actors, performers, and content creators appearing in any visual depiction (including photographs, video recordings, digital media, or live transmissions) hosted on or distributed through TootsieTrader were at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time the visual depiction was produced or created.

Prior to any creator being authorized to publish content or list products on TootsieTrader, government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth and legal identity is strictly verified and retained in full compliance with United States federal law.

2. Statutory Exemption & Record Custody

With respect to all user-generated visual depictions and creator merchandise presented on this website, the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the respective original producers and/or the official Custodian of Records for TootsieTrader.

3. Zero-Tolerance Underage Policy

TootsieTrader maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage content, non-consensual media, or fraudulent documentation. Any account attempting to submit falsified records or underage materials will be immediately terminated, blacklisted, and reported to relevant law enforcement authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
