Gifts are collectibles only: they have no cash value, can't be refunded, cashed out, or used to pay for anything, and models are not paid from them. Send a request or message the creator. The creator accepts it and names the price before you pay anything. After you pay, they upload the photos or clip to the order and it appears in your chat.

Open a request from the order card and pick what would fix it: send it again, a full refund, or a partial refund. The creator has 72 hours to accept, counter, or decline, and you can both message in the same thread. Refunds are paid by the seller straight to your Cash App $cashtag, Strike handle or other payout handle. If you can't agree, our team steps in and decides. Two upheld requests pause a seller.
